5.Yoga and meditation : Yoga is one of the best ways to keep yourself fit and healthy both physically and mentally. Certain yogic techniques helps to reduce stress. Meditation calms and relaxes the mind.

6.Clean Habits : Avoid taking alcohol, tobacco and caffeine.

7. Positive Attitude: A positive attitude is very important for healthy living. Learn to think positively about other people. Negative thoughts are very damaging to your health. An optimist is much healthier than a pessimist.

8.Good sleep : Just as a good diet is important for good health, good sleep is equally important to healthy living as it rejuvenates the mind and body.
